We have a new drop in rate of $10/class for our new Zumba and adult exercise and dance classes.
1 Weekly Class = $40 Per Month
2 Weekly Classes = $60 Per Month
3 Weekly Classes = $80 Per Month
4 Weekly Classes = $100 Per Month
5 Weekly Classes = $125 Per Month
6 Weekly Classes = $145 Per Month
7 Weekly Classes = $160 Per Month CAP
8 Weekly Classes = $185 Per Month CAP
9 Weekly Classes = $210 Per Month CAP
10 Weekly Classes = $230 Per Month CAP
There is a student/family cap of $230 per month. Any additional classes over this would be free. This does not include any private lesson payments. It is just for weekly classes.
Solos $35/month for a 30 minute session each week
Duets or Trios $25 each person for a 30 minute session each week
Those doing a solo, duet, or trio are required to take a regular class in the genre of dance they are performing in addition to the solo, duo, trio. All of this is applicable to both Performing Group private lessons and those just wanting to do a private for the recital. Privates for Performing Group start in August with regular classes and recital privates start in December.
$25 Per Student
This is a non-refundable, annual fee due at the time of enrollment.
Tuition is due the first day of every month and considered late after the 15th at which time you will assess a $10 late fee for each class and/or private lesson you are enrolled in. Payment is accepted in the form of cash, checks or money orders made payable to A Step Above Dance, and we accept credit cards and Paypal payments through our payments page. A $25 fee will be accessed for any checks returned for insufficient funds. Full tuition is due each month, no matter how many actual class days there are in any given month. Some months may be shorter due to holidays or school closings. Any lessons missed due to weather, student or teacher absences may be made up by attending another class of the same style and level within 2 weeks of the missed class. Classes missed due to weather may also be made up at a different date the teacher sets. There is no proration or credit given for a missed class.
The dance year will culminate with a recital in May at one of the local high schools or colleges. The fee for this will be a $35/child, non-refundable fee, and it is due by Dec. 1st. You may pay it all at once or in installments, just like the costumes. This fee insures the rental of an auditorium for the recital. We will order costumes for the recital in December and the costs are as follows:

You are not required to purchase a costume or perform in the recital, but a costume must be purchased and the recital fee must be paid in order to perform in the recital. All tuition and other fees must be up to date in order for us to order your child's costume. Enrollment ends Dec. 1st
Students should arrive 5 to 10 minutes before class begins to put on shoes, get a drink, go to the restroom, etc. Tardiness is frowned upon. All students must treat their instructors and fellow classmates with respect. Please - no gum, pop, food or hard candy in the dance rooms as they pose safety hazards and the staff is the only clean up crew we have. Students may bring bottled water if it has a spill proof lid or cap. Bringing water is encouraged.
We follow the Moore school district calendars. We don't always close on teacher work days or zone days, so please always check with us ahead of time. We will determine weather issues and post closings on our home page, if they happen after school has already let out or there was school that day, but it still looks bad out. Please also always call and check with the studio phone or on this website or Facebook for any closings. Days we will not have classes will be posted on the front page of this website and please also check our Facebook page and/or the Studio News section on here for holiday and break closings.
